Banana, Pecan and Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yield 8 cookies

Difficulty level - easy

Whole food, suitable for vegans and sugar free






Ingredients

3 over-ripe bananas

1 cup of wholemeal flour                

1 teaspoon of baking powder

Vanilla extract

30g pecan nuts

30g dark chocolate chips







Method

Heat the oven to gas mark 4/170C

Line a baking tray with  a silicone liner or greaseproof paper

Put the bananas, flour and baking powder and vanilla extract into a blender.  Blend until smooth

Add the pecans and chocolate chips and pulse on a slow setting until mixed

Spoon onto the baking tray

Bake for about 15 minutes
